In accordance with the declaration of a state of emergency and guidelines from the Tokyo metropolitan govt. in light of the spread of COVID-19, we have revised the time for all 10 Tokyo performances from March 8th (Mon).

We are deeply sorry for the late notice.

Start time changes and additional performances that will be affected:
March 8th (Mon) to March 14th (Sun)
[Original start time] 12:30 p.m. → [New start time] 11:00 a.m.
[Original start time] 6:30 p.m. → [New start time] 4:45 p.m.

Please note that we have also changed the times of in-theater merchandise sales as below.

[Original time] 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. → [New time] 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
[Original time] 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. → [New time] 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

*Those who already hold a ticket may use that same ticket to attend the performance with the new start time.

Additionally, we are accepting refund requests from those who are unable to attend the performance due to the time change or other effects of the state of emergency extension.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask that you be sure to check the details listed on the official website and submit your application within the designated period.

* Refund procedure is not completed at the time of application. After completing the advance refund application, you will need to complete the refund procedure yourself, so please be sure to check the contents of the automatic E-mail sent after completing the application and complete the procedure within the stipulated period. 
*We ask that those who have not been issued a ticket yet wait until after their ticket has been issued to apply for a refund.
*Refund requests without the original ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that if you damaged, lost, or disposed of the ticket (including losing or missing a ticket stub), you will not be able to receive a refund.

Please take note that there may be further changes made moving forward if there are any government or municipal guideline changes.
