Customers who will refrain from attending Tokyo performances of Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Tokyo Kokorooboe” due to the circumstances listed below, as well as
those who are unable to attend due to performance time changes or other effects of the state of emergency extension, can now apply in advance for ticket refunds.
Further, please note that only tickets for the 6:30 p.m. performance on Sunday, March 7th are eligible for refunds due to the state of emergency extension.(Added March 6, 2021)Due to another extension of the state of emergency declaration, in addition to the performance on March 7th (Sun) at 6:30pm,
tickets for all 10 Tokyo performances starting with the performance on March 8th (Mon) at 12:30pm
will also be available for refunds because of the time extensions for the state of emergency.

*Information on whether ticket refunds will be offered for performances in Miyagi, Kumamoto, Aichi, Osaka, and homecoming performances in Tokyo will also be made available on the official website at a later date.

【Eligible reasons for refunds】
・The ticket holder develops a clearly higher temperature than normal (for example, 1℃ above their normal body temperature, or a fever of 37.5℃ or higher), or has otherwise experienced any of the below symptoms
Fever, cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue or malaise, sore throat, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms
・The ticket holder has, within the past 14 days, come into contact with people in their family, workplace, or school who are infected or may be infected with coronavirus
・The ticket holder has been in Japan for less than 14 days since entering the country from an area subject to immigration restriction under the Immigration Control Act (this includes Japanese ticket holders. ）

Please apply using the application form below from 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 1st, 2021 up to 4 hours before the relevant performance begins.
Please understand that we will be unable to offer refunds if the form is not submitted by four hours before the performance begins.

◎Notes
- Please note that refunds will not be available after the application deadline has passed.
- For customers who have not yet been issued a ticket, please apply after your ticket has been issued.
- Refund requests without the original ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that if you damaged, lost, or disposed of the ticket (including losing or missing a ticket stub), you will not be able to receive a refund.
- The application cannot be withdrawn after it has been submitted. Please note that you will lose your seat in the theater after submitting the application.
Please note that you cannot apply for refunds for tickets that are up for sale or trade on Tiketore.

Furthermore, refunded tickets cannot be resold as same-day ticket vouchers or same-day tickets.
