[Important] Request to change your registration info due to new plans from the 3 major mobile carriers.
Thank you as always for using the official fan site for Touken Ranbu: The Musical.
This is an update for customers planning on or considering switching to NTT Docomo's new pricing plan "ahamo", au's new pricing plan "povo", or LINE and SoftBank's new brand, "LINEMO", which are scheduled to start in March 2021.
For anyone that is planning on or considering making a change to these new pricing plans or new brands, we would appreciate it if you could read the following.
The new pricing plans mentioned above do not support "Mobile Carrier Payments" or "Mobile Carrier Email".
If you have a plan that does not support "Mobile Carrier Payment", you will not be able to use the "Mobile Carrier Payment" option as a payment method for premium memberships on the official fan site.
Additionally, if you have a plan that does not support "Mobile Carrier Email", phone carrier email addresses registered with a premium membership on the official fan site will not receive any emails.
*Any customers that plan to adopt these new pricing plans will not be able to receive any compensation for services, even if they are at a disadvantage from not being able to use such services, or if they do not change their registration info, etc.
We ask that you please check and verify your registration information and then make the appropriate changes.
Details on the process:
1. Request to change your registered email address:
If you are going to use a new plan, then you will not be able to use phone carrier email addresses, such as @docomo.ne.jp / @softbank.ne.jp, @i.softbank.jp, @vodafone.ne.jp /@au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp, etc.
For anyone that has a phone carrier email address registered with this site, we ask that you please change your registered email to a free email service like Gmail, etc.
These changes can be made on "My Page".
*If you do not change your registered email, you will not receive our email magazine or other updates.
2. Request to change your registered payment method (For customers enrolled in the fan club's monthly subscription)
"Docomo Pay" will continue to be available as an option, so there is no need to change your payment method in that case.
*If your registered email address is a phone carrier email like @docomo.ne.jp, etc., then please change your email address.
When this service starts, "SoftBank Matomete Shiharai" will no longer be available as a payment option. Therefore, if your paid membership is registered with "SoftBank Matomete Shiharai", in order to continue using the website after the switch is made to the LINEMO plan, you will need to change your payment method to credit card payments.
If you are using "SoftBank Matomete Shiharai", it will automatically be removed when the switch is made to a LINEMO plan. Therefore, please read the following in order to have uninterrupted access to paid content.
"au Kantan Kessai" will continue to be available as an option, so there is no need to change your payment method in that case.
*If your registered email address is a mobile carrier email like @au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp, etc., then please change your email address.

The following is a Q&A for each of these processes we outlined.
Please consult the following if you have any questions.
Q: How do I change my registered email address?
A: After logging in, please change your email address via My Page.
Q: How do I change my mobile carrier payment method to credit card payments for the monthly fan club subscription?
A: Please unsubscribe via My Page on the website.
Once you have unsubscribed, please register again via My Page and select the credit card payment option.
Q: Will I get charged twice for the monthly fan club subscription?
A: In order to avoid overlapping charges for the same month, please be sure to unsubscribe at the end of the month via My Page.
When the next month starts please go ahead and register your paid membership again via My Page, which will prevent overlapping charges from occurring.
Additionally, the next month after you unsubscribe will be a new grace period, so if you register with the same account then your membership information will continue as well.
Q: What will happen if I don't make any of the requested changes?
A: As of right now "SoftBank Matomete Shiharai" is available, and anyone using the new plan will be automatically unsubscribed. Additionally, anyone with a mobile carrier email address will not receive our email magazine or any other emails.
We kindly ask that you take the above-mentioned actions before these new services start to ensure that your access goes uninterrupted.
Q: Will the membership continuation period be reset after changing my payment method?
A: Once you unsubscribe at the end of the month, log in again using the same account and change your payment method to make a new payment. That way your enrollment date, membership information, etc. will continue on unchanged.
