■ About Venue Opening
The venue lobby and seating area are scheduled to open 60 minutes prior to each performance start time.
Please note that the opening time may vary slightly.
For Cat.1 (1F Front Standing) and Cat.2 (1F General Standing), guests will be called in the order of the Batch and Sequence numbers printed on the tickets starting one hour before the performance.
If you are not present when your number is called, the next number will be admitted. Thank you for your understanding.
For Cat.3 (2F Reserved Seating), admission will also begin one hour before the show. Please be aware that timing may change depending on the situation on the day.
You will be asked to line up a little before opening, so please follow staff instructions and enter promptly.
Admission procedures are subject to change depending on the circumstances on the day.
■ About Performance Time
Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes (no intermission)
☆ Pre-Show Performance ☆
There will be a short pre-show performance by the cast approximately 10 minutes before the official start of the show.
If you have no pending matters, please enter the auditorium by that time.
The pre-show performance will begin after the call for all numbered tickets has finished.
■ Re-entry

■ Important Ticket Information
1. To enter the venue, every attendee MUST print & present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
2. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
3. Children aged 7 and under are not allowed to enter any area.
4. Cat.1 (1F Front Standing) and Cat.2 (1F General Standing): Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a Batch and Sequence number assigned. Entry will begin one hour prior to the performance in Batch and Sequence order as indicated on your ticket.
5. Cat.3 is for reserved seating. Please sit in the seat number printed on your ticket. Seats will be allocated in the order available at the time of purchase. Be sure to check your seat number before completing payment.
■ Ticket Resale and Transfers
Tickets must be purchased through official sales channels (event organizer, authorized ticket agents).
Any ticket transfer, resale, or purchase for profit, or attempts to do so, are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
Tickets obtained through unofficial sources are not guaranteed valid and may be considered void. Entry may be denied in such cases.
If any ticket fraud or suspected resale is detected, identity verification may be required at the venue. Please bring a valid ID with you.
■ Merchandise
There will be no on-site merchandise sales at the Malaysia performance.

■ Gifts
Only letters will be accepted at the lobby.
Please note that letters may not be delivered to the cast/staff on the same day.
Gifts or letters addressed to individuals not involved in this performance (e.g., former cast or unrelated staff) will not be accepted.
■ Flowers
We do not accept any type of flower arrangements, including stand flowers or bouquets.
Please note that any flowers delivered to the venue will be declined.
■ Personal Belongings
★ We kindly ask you to enter the venue with as few belongings as possible.
・Leaving your belongings on the floor inside the venue is strictly prohibited as it may inconvenience others or cause serious accidents such as tripping. Please use coin lockers for your bags, valuables, etc. We are not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss.
・ Coin lockers at the venue are limited in both number and size. There are no lockers or cloakrooms for large luggage. We recommend bringing minimal items and using nearby public coin lockers when available. Please help ensure lockers are available for everyone.
・Please prepare small coins in advance if you plan to use a coin locker. Always lock your locker after use—there have been theft cases involving unlocked lockers.
・Please limit the amount of cash you carry, and avoid keeping cards, keys, or valuables in your pockets during the show.
■ Audience Vocal Participation
Audience cheering and vocal participation are permitted during this performance.
However, please refrain from shouting in ways that may interfere with the performance.
■ Dress Code
・To ensure the safety of everyone, please avoid wearing high heels, stiletto heels, or any clothing or accessories with sharp or metallic parts. Platform shoes, sandals, and other unstable footwear are also not recommended.
Please avoid any attire that could cause injury or inconvenience to yourself or other guests.
・Hairstyles such as excessive updos or high buns that may obstruct the view of guests behind you are discouraged. Hats, oversized headbands, or accessories should be removed during the show.
■ Support Items
Regarding support items, only the following are permitted:
★Official Touken Ranbu: The Musical lightsticks and ring lights, as well as non-official lightsticks/cyalumes that meet the specifications below:
・Limit: up to 2 lightsticks and up to 8 ring lights per person
・All lightsticks and ring lights sold in past Touken Ranbu: The Musical productions are permitted
・Non-official lights must be cylindrical or stick-shaped with a total length (including handle) of 30 cm or less, and a light-emitting part diameter of 3 cm or less
・Lightsticks with designs from other works or characters are not allowed
・Extremely bright lights (e.g., ultra-high-intensity "big flash" types) or modified lights that may disturb others are prohibited
・The commemorative lightstick from "LIVE COLLECTION 2015-2020" sold on DMM.com is considered official merchandise
●Official Touken Ranbu: The Musical muffler towels and scarves
・All scarves and towels from past performances are permitted
●Uchiwa fans and folding fans are prohibited
・Plush toys, message boards, banners, and similar items are also not allowed
Please hold support items at chest level. Do not raise them above your head or use them in ways that may disturb others.
Even if an item meets the above criteria, if it is deemed to obstruct the performance or disturb the audience, its use may still be prohibited.
You may bring plush toys into the venue, but they are not considered support items. Please keep them inside your bag during the show and avoid placing them on your lap or floor.
We ask that everyone follow these rules to ensure a fun and enjoyable performance experience.
■ Prohibited Conduct
Waiting for the cast outside the venue before or after the performance, ambushing, chasing, or any similar behavior is strictly prohibited.
Any individual engaging in disruptive behavior may be denied entry to the performance.
We kindly ask for your understanding so that the cast can perform under the best possible conditions.
■ Filming and Recording
Please note that recording and broadcast cameras will be present inside the venue, including the audience area.
Footage or photos recorded may be used for broadcasts, streaming, reproduction, and distribution.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
■ Before Attending the Performance
※ Please be sure to read this section.
・Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before purchasing tickets and attending the event.
Please also be mindful of return transportation time, especially for evening performances.
・Performers and schedules are subject to change without notice.
・Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
・If unauthorized resale or other suspicious ticket-related activity is detected, identity verification may be required. Please bring valid identification with you when attending.
<Before Arrival>
・Depending on the situation, entrance and merchandise queues may be located outdoors.
Please prepare for sudden weather changes by bringing appropriate rain gear.
<Upon Arrival>
・Entry will begin one hour before the show, with guests called in order according to the Batch and Sequence numbers printed on their tickets.

Entry for Cat.3 (2F Reserved Seating) will also begin one hour before the show. Entry time may vary depending on the situation.
・You will be asked to line up shortly before the scheduled opening time. Please follow staff instructions and enter promptly.

・Please do not run or push others during entry.
・The audience area is standing room only and tickets are sold in accordance with venue capacity. There are no designated standing spots.
・Reserving spots with towels or bags, cutting in line, or causing inconvenience to others is strictly prohibited.
・Standing guests may choose any available position upon entry, but please refrain from unnecessary movement, lingering in the aisles, or rushing toward the front of the stage.
Note that if you leave your position, you may not be able to return to the same spot.
・Please watch the performance from the floor, area, and seat category indicated on your ticket.
Example: Guests with 2F Reserved Seat tickets are not allowed to watch the performance from the 1F Standing area.
・For 2F Reserved Seats, standing at your own seat while watching the performance is permitted.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. There are no smoking areas available.
・Food and drinks may not be brought into the venue. Beverages and light snacks are available for purchase inside the venue.
・You may drink water inside the seating area. Please finish eating in the lobby before entering the auditorium.
・If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please contact staff immediately.
・Please cooperate with all posted notices and staff instructions both inside and outside the venue.
<During the Performance>
・Photography, videography, and audio recording by camera or mobile phone inside the venue, including the lobby, is strictly prohibited by law.
・Please silence all devices that make noise, such as alarms, during the performance.
・Please do not obstruct the flow of foot traffic or inconvenience nearby residents. Avoid lingering around the venue before and after the performance.
・Rushing or pushing excessively toward the stage is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.
・If these guidelines are not followed, the performance may be interrupted or you may be asked to leave even during the show.
・If you witness disruptive behavior, please notify the nearest staff member.
