About Ticket Refunds 
Unused tickets for refundable performances will be refunded via Lawson Ticket.
*Please note that after the refund period, no refunds can be accepted under any circumstances.
*Please note that we will not be able to refund tickets that have been lost, discarded, or damaged (including tickets that are missing the stub), under any circumstances.

Refund Period
From October 26th, 2021 (Tue) at 12:00pm until November 9th (Tue) at 11:59pm.
*Please note that after the refund period, no refunds can be accepted under any circumstances.

Please be sure to complete the refund process at the same convenience store chain that the ticket was issued.
