・ Customers who could not come due to the impact of the official announcement for the state of emergency in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture (including changes for the starting time)

■About Ticket Refunds 
Unused tickets for refundable performances will be refunded via Lawson Ticket.
*Please note that after the refund period, no refunds can be accepted for any reason.
*Please note that no refunds will be accepted for lost, destroyed or damaged tickets (including missing ticket stubs) for any reason.
*Only the ticket for the performance at 18:30 on March 20 (Sat.) can be refunded without the stub.

(1) Holders of reserved seat tickets or pre-exchanged same-day tickets
Please bring your ticket to a Lawson or Ministop store within the refund period.
Please be sure to complete the refund process at the same convenience store where the ticket was issued.
(If the ticket was issued at Lawson, please go to a Lawson store. If the ticket was issued at a Ministop store, please visit a Ministop store).

(2)(Ticket holders who have a ticket without a stub (entered) 
(for the performance at 18:30 on March 20 ((Sat., Holiday)) only). For the performance at 18:30 on March 20 (Sat., Holiday), tickets without a stub can be refunded.
Please follow the refund procedure described in "(1) Holders of reserved seat tickets or pre-exchanged same-day tickets" above during the refund period.

(3)(Only for the performance at 18:30 on March 20 (Sat., Holiday). Ticket holders who purchased a same-day exchange ticket and already exchanged it for reserved seat ticket

At a later date, Lawson Ticket will send you an email at your registered email address with refund instructions.
Please kindly follow the refund procedure described in the email.
The email is scheduled to be sent around Friday, March 26. )

due no later than Friday, April 9 in a way that the mail delivery can be proven
