With regard to Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Bakumatsu Tenroden” (Triumphant Return to Tokyo Performance), we would like to inform customers unable to attend because of the spread of COVID-19 how to receive a refund for their tickets.

Ticket Refunds
Tickets that remain unused for their relevant performances will be refunded via Lawson Ticket.
*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds after the refund period expires, regardless of the reason.
*Please also note that we will not be able to offer any refunds if your ticket is lost, destroyed, or damaged (including loss of stub), regardless of the reason.

November 13, 2020 (Friday) - November 23, 2020 (Monday/Holiday) TOKYO DOME CITY HALL　All 16 performances

■ Refund Period
November 25, 2020 (Wednesday) - December 7, 2020 (Monday) until 23:59
*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds after the refund period expires, regardless of the reason.
*Please also note that we will not be able to offer any refunds if your ticket is lost, destroyed, or damaged (including loss of stub), regardless of the reason.

Refunds will be made at the store where the ticket was issued. Please bring your ticket with you and visit the relevant store within the refund period.
Please check the lower part of your ticket's front side to see where it was issued.
If you cannot visit the store that issued the ticket, please check Lawson Ticket's official website above to learn how to receive your refund.

*If your ticket hasn't been issued yet, please complete the refund process once your ticket has been issued.
*Handling fees are also refundable. To receive a refund for handling fees, you must possess the "Handling Fee Voucher" that was issued together with your ticket.
