On the cancellation of Tokyo performances of Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Shizuka no Umi no Paraíso”
from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, March 29th.
Thank you very much for supporting "Touken Ranbu: The Musical."
While we worked to move forward with performances for those who were eagerly awaiting them, in light of the current coronavirus situation, and bearing in mind measures enacted by both the government division established to combat infection spread and the city of Tokyo, we have decided after much deliberation to cancel all four performances that were scheduled to be held from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, March 29th at the Galaxy Theatre.
We are deeply sorry for the late notice.
Refunds will be made available for canceled performances, as well as for people who were unable to attend performances that were carried out.
Details on how to receive refunds will be posted on the official website at a later date.
*Refunds of unused tickets for applicable shows will be issued by the ticket agency where the tickets were purchased. Tickets that have been used to enter a show (ticket stubs) are not eligible for a refund.
*We will under no circumstances issue refunds for ticket stubs, even if your ticket hasn't been used to actually enter a show, . Please keep your ticket safe so that it doesn't get damaged or lost.
Further, please use official online vendors and stores to purchase official goods.
Please see here for more about official online vendors.
Please see here for more about stores that carry official goods.
We will update the official website at a later time with further announcements about performances in Hyogo and those thereafter.
We appreciate your understanding.
