Regarding measures to prevent contagion and spread of the novel coronavirus disease
Thank you very much for regularly supporting Touken Ranbu：The Musical
In light of the situation concerning the novel coronavirus disease and the government's infectious disease control policy, Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Shizuka no Umi no Paraíso” will take place upon disinfection of the theater and upon implementation of the following infection prevention measures.
Those who are unable to attend the show are eligible for ticket refund.
＜Infection prevention measures＞
・ Infrared thermometers for temperature screening will be installed at the entrance of the theater. Please note that depending on the screening results, we may perform a second body temperature screening and guests who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be refused admission.
Guests who are refused admission are eligible for ticket refund.
・ We will maximize ventilation inside the theater by augmenting tidal volume and by providing adequate air exchange from the outside.
・ At the entrance of the theater, the staff will disinfect your hands with disinfectant spray.
(The disinfectant spray uses hypochlorous acid. If you're allergic, please mention it to the staff. )
The same inspection and disinfection will be performed even immediately before the start of the show, so please allow enough time to reach the theater.
■About hypochlorous acid water "SALAMORE"
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus disease and influenza, we are carrying out disinfection measures using "SALAMORE", a slightly acidic hypochlorous acid solution with a nearly neutral pH of 6.5, composed of hypochlorous acid (HClO) with a stable residual chlorine concentration of 200 ppm, which has been proven to have an excellent sterilization effect.
・In the theater, we will strengthen our cleaning measures by using disinfectants in places that many customers can reach, such as railings and handles.
・ Disinfectant solutions will be placed in the theater, and we will provide thorough guidance to ensure their use by all visitors.
・ The staff reserves the right to talk to visitors who seem to be in poor physical condition.
・ Our blanket lending service will be temporarily suspended. Heating inside the theater may be affected by maximizing ventilation, so we recommend taking your own measures against cold.
・ After the show, exit from the theater will be regulated to avoid congestion and excessive crowds.
Please exit the theater according to the staff's instructions.
・ The staff will wear masks.
・ For health purposes, all the staff and cast will thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands with a disinfectant solution and will undergo temperature screening every day.
・ Live-scene seats used by a number of shows will be canceled.
Also, depending on the circumstances, some shows may undergo some changes.
・ The show schedule may be re-examined upon future consideration.
