Touken Ranbu: The Musical The 10th anniversary Shukugasai “Medetaya utanohomare hananomai” Additional merchandise “Random Photo Card A”. It has come to our attention that some designs of the additional merchandise item “Random Photo Card A” include defects.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to customers who purchased this product.
We will take steps to prevent a recurrence and further strengthen our quality control.

If you have one of the affected designs and would like an exchange, we will replace it with a new item as outlined below.

“Random Photo Card A”
Kogitsunemaru On some items, there is a scratch that appears as a black line in the hair area on the right-hand side (as you face the image).
Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki All designs are affected by a defect. Where the eyebrow should split into two, it is printed as a single continuous eyebrow.

Starting with items sold in stores and online orders placed on or after October 23 (Thursday), only corrected, non-defective items will be offered.

How to Exchange the Product
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who have the defective items.
We kindly ask for your confirmation as we will exchange the item with a good one using the following method. Please check.

Exchange period: October 23 (Thursday)–November 16 (Sunday)
For “Kogitsunemaru,” we have begun accepting exchanges in phases.
Exchange location: SHIBUYA TSUTAYA B1F, 21-6 Udagawachou, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Hours: 9:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m.
On Friday, October 31, 2025, business hours will end at 7:00 p.m.

Please bring the affected item, speak with the staff near the B1F escalator, and then take it to the B1F checkout counter.
For exchanges of other products, please inquire separately.

A ticket to the “Costume Exhibition” is not required when visiting for an exchange.
Even if more than seven days have passed since the purchase date, we will accept exchanges as long as it is within the exchange period.
We will accept exchanges even if you do not have the receipt.
Depending on crowding at the venue, processing may take some time.

Exchange period: October 30 (Thursday)–November 30 (Sunday)
Exchange location: Tokyo Dome City, Gallery AaMo, 1-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo — Touken Ranbu: The Musical 10th Anniversary Ranbu Hakurankai
Hours: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Please bring the affected item and speak to a staff member near the venue.

A ticket to the “10th Anniversary Ranbu Expo” is not required for exchanges.
We will accept exchanges even if you do not have the receipt.
Depending on crowding at the venue, processing may take some time.

Please enclose a sheet clearly listing items (1)–(3), and send everything to the address below “postage collect” (cash on delivery).
When it arrives, we will send you the good product.

*We will not be providing exchanges for anything other than the item in question. If such items are sent, exchanges are not possible. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note that if you pay for shipping fees in advance, we will not be able to refund you.
