Please refer to the following information about the ticket price refund process if you have tickets to the canceled Fukuoka performances of Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Hanakage yureru tomizu” that were scheduled for May 26th (Fri) through the 28th (Sun).

and please complete the process within the designated time period. 

- Ticket Refunds
Unused tickets for refundable performances will be refunded via Lawson Ticket.
*Please note that refunds will not be possible under any circumstances after the refund period has ended.
*Please note that we will not be able to refund tickets that have been lost, discarded, or damaged (including tickets that are missing the stub), under any circumstances.

- Refundable performances
Fukuoka performances (Kitakyushu Soleil Hall)
May 26th, 2023 (Fri) through the 28th (Sun) : Total of 4 performances.

- Refund period
From noon on May 30th, 2023 (Tue) until June 12th (Mon) at 11:59 p.m.
*Please note that refunds will not be possible under any circumstances after the refund period has ended.

Please bring your ticket to a Lawson or Ministop store within the refund period.
Please be sure to complete the refund process at the same convenience store chain that the ticket was issued.
(If your ticket was issued at Lawson, please visit a Lawson location. If your ticket was issued at a Ministop, please visit a Ministop. )
