Ticket holders for Touken Ranbu:The Musical “Tokyo Kokorooboe” (Tokyo triumphant return performances) who are unable to attend due to the following reasons are eligible to apply for a refund in advance.

【Eligible reasons for refunds】
・The ticket holder develops a temperature which is clearly higher than normal (for example, more than 1℃ above their normal body temperature, or a fever of 37.5℃ or higher), or has otherwise experienced any of the below symptoms
Fever, cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue or malaise, sore throat, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms
・The ticket holder has, within the 14 days leading up to the event, come into contact with someone, such as in their household, workplace, or school, who is infected or may be infected with COVID-19
・The ticket holder has been in Japan for less than 14 days since entering the country from an area subject to immigration restriction under the Immigration Control Act (this includes Japanese ticket holders. )

Please apply using the application form below between 6:00pm on Monday, May 10th, 2021 and four hours before the relevant performance begins.
Please understand that we will be unable to offer a refund if the form is not submitted by four hours before the performance begins.
◎Notes
・Please note that refunds will not be available after the application deadline has passed.
・For customers who have not yet been issued a ticket, please apply after your ticket has been issued.
・Refund requests without the original ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that if you damaged, lost, or disposed of the ticket (including missing the ticket stub), you will not be able to receive a refund.
・ The application cannot be withdrawn after it has been submitted. Please note that you will lose your seat reservation after submitting the application.
Please note that you cannot apply for refunds for tickets that are up for sale or trade on Tiketore.
