In accordance with local municipal polices and the state of emergency declaration set by the national government following a rise in COVID-19 cases, the production committee held a meeting and decided to cancel all 11 performances that were scheduled to be held at Mielparque Hall Osaka from May 1st (Sat) to the 8th (Sat).
In accordance with this recent cancellation of performances, we will be providing information on how ticket holders will be refunded.

Please kindly review the details below carefully before starting the process.

About Ticket Refunds
Tickets for the refundable performances will be refunded via Lawson Ticket.
*Please note that after the refund period, no refunds can be accepted under any circumstances.
*Please note that no refunds will be accepted for lost, destroyed or damaged tickets (including missing ticket stubs) for any reason whatsoever.

Refund Period
From April 28th, 2021 (Wed) at 10:00am until May 25th (Tue) at 11:59pm.
*Once it is past the refund period, we will not be able to refund you under any circumstances.
*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds if your ticket is lost, destroyed, or damaged (including loss of stub), regardless of the reason.

Please bring your ticket to a Lawson or Ministop store during the refund period.
Please be sure to complete the refund process at the same convenience store where the ticket was issued.
(If the ticket was issued at Lawson, please go to a Lawson store. If the ticket was issued at a Ministop store, please visit a Ministop store).

*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds if your ticket is lost, destroyed, or damaged (including loss of stub), regardless of the reason.
*Only the cost of the ticket will be refunded. Please note that all ticketing agency fees are not refundable.
