Update regarding ticket refunds
Ticket holders for Touken Ranbu:The Musical “Tokyo Kokorooboe” (Kumamoto and Aichi performances) who are unable to attend the following performances are eligible to request refunds in advance.
[Eligible performances]
Kumamoto performances:
All 7 performances from Friday, April 2 to Wednesday, April 7, 2021
Aichi performances:
All 13 performances from Wednesday, April 14th to Saturday, April 24th, 2021
*Whether or not refunds will be accepted for Osaka and the Tokyo homecoming performances,
will be announced on the official website on a later date.
【Eligible reasons for refunds】
・The ticket holder clearly develops a higher temperature than normal (for example, 1℃ above their normal body temperature, or a fever of 37.5℃ or higher), or has otherwise experienced any of the below symptoms
Fever, cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue or malaise, sore throat, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms
・The ticket holder has, within the past 14 days, come into contact with people in their family, workplace, or school who are infected or may be infected with the coronavirus
・The ticket holder has been in Japan for less than 14 days since entering the country from an area subject to immigration restriction under the Immigration Control Act (this includes Japanese ticket holders). )

Advance application deadline:
Kumamoto performances: 6:00pm on March 29th, 2021 (Mon)
Aichi performances: From 6:00pm on April 6th, 2021 (Tue) until 4 hours prior to doors opening on the day of the show

Please understand that we will be unable to offer refunds if the form is not submitted by four hours before the performance begins.

・Please note that refunds will not be available after the application deadline has passed.
・For customers who have not yet been issued a ticket, please apply after your ticket has been issued.
・Refund requests without the original ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that if you damaged, lost, or disposed of the ticket (including losing or missing a ticket stub), you will not be able to receive a refund.
・ The application cannot be withdrawn after it has been submitted. Please note that you will lose your reservation after submitting the application.
Please note that you cannot apply for refunds for tickets that are up for sale or trade on Tiketore.
