Regarding Touken Ranbu:The Musical “Bakumatsu Tenroden” [Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kyoto], ticket holders for canceled performances, as well as attendees that were not able to attend due to matters related to Covid-19, will issued refunds via the following processes.
Please review the details below carefully before starting the process.
Ticket Refunds
For unused tickets that are applicable for a refund, ticket holders will receive a refund at Lawson Ticket, or The Galaxy Theatre (Tenouzu Ginga Gekijou) *On applies to tickets purchased from The Galaxy Theatre Ticket Center.
*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds should the refund period expire, regardless of the reason.
*Please also note that we will not be able to offer any refunds if your ticket is lost, destroyed, or damaged (including loss of stub), regardless of the reason.
*Please note that your refund cannot be provided from a different ticket agency other than the one you purchased your ticket from. Please check the ticket agency listed on the front of your ticket before requesting your refund.
Refundable Performances

September 20th, 2020 (Sun) to September 22nd (Tue/Holiday) - Total of 4 performances at The Galaxy Theatre
[Canceled Performances]
September 24th, 2020 (Thu) to October 10th (Sat) - Total of 23 performances at The Galaxy Theatre
October 16th, 2020 (Fri) to October 18th (Sun) - Total of 4 performances at Kitakyushu Soleil Hall
October 24th, 2020 (Sat) to November 2nd (Mon) - Total of 13 performances at Kyoto Gekijo (Kyoto Theater)
■ Refund Period
October 13th, 2020 (Tue) at 10:00am until October 24th (Sat) at 11:59pm
*Please note that we will not be able to offer any refunds should the refund period expire, regardless of the reason.

Refunds will be made at the store where the ticket was issued. Please bring your ticket with you and visit the relevant store within the refund period.

*If your ticket hasn't been issued yet, please complete the refund process once your ticket has been issued.
*Handling fees are also refundable. To receive a refund for handling fees, you must have the "Handling Fee Voucher" that was issued together with your ticket.
