Your entire order will be canceled.
If you ordered additional items along with the Blu-ray/DVD:
Only the Blu-ray/DVD portion of the order will be canceled.

The refund cannot be completed if there are any errors or missing details in the banking information you provide. Please pay attention to the following points.

*If the branch code is for Japan Post Bank, then the 3-digit code is the same as the branch number. (For example if the branch number is 056, then the branch code is also 056)
*The name on your bank account must be entered in katakana. (For example, the name "Touken Tarou" must be entered as:トウケン タロウ)
*If you are using Japan Post Bank, first you need to go to the Japan Post Bank website and update your account information to receive payments via bank deposits. Then enter that same account information in order to receive your refund.

Once the Blu-ray/DVD order is canceled, Cash on Delivery service charges will be updated to reflect the total price.
