Announcement regarding refunding tickets for the canceled showings from September 21st (Saturday) to September 23rd (Monday, holiday)
Thank you very much for regularly supporting Touken Ranbu：The Musical.
As announced on September 21st (Saturday), the five Hyogo performances of Touken Ranbu：The Musical “Kishouhongi” from September 21st (Saturday) to September 23rd (Monday, holiday) have been canceled.
To everyone looking forward to the performances, we offer our deepest apologies for the trouble and concern this has caused you.
Due to the cancellation of these performances, to anyone who purchased tickets via Lawson Ticket for these performances, this will guide you in how to obtain a refund.
Although this will be very tedious for anyone who holds tickets for these performances, in order to get a refund, the process differs depending on if it is a paper ticket or an electronic ticket (tixeebox), so please review the details below and follow the procedures.
■Ticket price refund for the specified performances
・September 21st (Saturday): 1:00 p.m. showing
・September 21st (Saturday): 6:30 p.m. showing
・September 22nd (Sunday): 1:00 p.m. showing
・September 22nd (Sunday): 6:30 p.m. showing
・September 23rd (Monday, holiday): 1:00 p.m. showing
■For anyone with a paper ticket
Refund period: September 25th (Wednesday) 10:00 a.m. to October 6th (Sunday) 11:59 p.m.
※If the refund period elapses, you will not be able to get a refund, so please follow the procedures as soon as possible.
For anyone who was issued a ticket at a store (Lawson, Ministop), you will receive a refund for the ticket price and the customer handling charge at the store where the ticket was issued (Lawson, Ministop). Please bring your ticket to the store where it was issued within the above mentioned time frame for receiving a refund and follow the refund procedures from Loppi. For tickets issued at a store, the name of the store where it was bought is on the lower part of the ticket's front side.
※Tickets with the stub removed will not be subject to a refund.
※For anyone who purchased a same day voucher, the refund process is the same.

■For anyone with an electronic ticket
Via Lawson Ticket, a credit card payment will be canceled, with the ticket price and customer handling charge repaid.
※Depending on circumstances with a credit card, it is possible that the payment will not be canceled. In that case, a refund will be issued by switching to payment through registered mail. The affected customers will be contacted again.
※Payment sent via registered mail will be sent to the address registered on the ticket application.
※If it is returned to sender after a retention period has expired, ￥610 (per item) will be deducted from the refund for return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding payment cancellations and sending payment via registered mail, this is planned to be completed by October 13th (Sunday).
※The payment cancellation will be taken care of within the above mentioned time frame, but the timing for when the cancellation process has been made apparent differs depending on the credit card company. Please contact the credit card company you are contracted with in regards to the timing of when this is made apparent. No questions can be answered via Lawson Ticket.
